Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Request for Mobilization (“RFM”, “the service”), an internal operations tool operated by Tech for Service in support of Team Rubicon. By signing in to or using RFM, you agree to these Terms.
Who may use RFM
RFM is intended for authorized Team Rubicon staff and Greyshirts. Access requires single sign-on through an approved identity provider (Google or Microsoft Entra) and an account that has been provisioned for you. You may not access RFM without authorization, and you may not share your account or let others use it.
Acceptable use
When using RFM, you agree to:
- Use the service only for legitimate Team Rubicon operations
- Provide accurate information in the records you create
- Keep operational and personal information you access confidential
- Not attempt to access data or features beyond your authorized role
- Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the security of the service
Your account
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Because sign-in is handled by your identity provider, you should also follow your organization’s security policies for that account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Data and privacy
Your use of RFM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it. Information you enter into RFM may be retained as part of Team Rubicon’s operational and audit records.
Availability
We work to keep RFM available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech for Service and Team Rubicon are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Termination
We may suspend or revoke your access to RFM at any time, including if you violate these Terms or no longer require access for Team Rubicon operations.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Continued use of RFM after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
